ARTIST BIO
Shelby McFadden is a stay-at-home mother to her son during the day, and by night an entrepreneur, illustrator, artist and graphic designer. Shelby is the lead designer for Create! Magazine. In addition to her and design, Shelby was inspired to launch CandyFloss Magazine and PIKCHUR Magazine, two art publications that promote emerging artists and their work globally. You can also find more of Shelby's illustration work in her Etsy shop, "Fugly Barbie".
The idea of magic has always been something that intrigues her curiosity and also goes hand in hand with her love for Halloween. Her witches encompass the personalities of strong, independent women who are far more than ordinary. Her work has a subtle historic flare that gives off a romantic nature to her artwork.
She currently resides just outside the Annapolis, Maryland area with her husband, children, and pets.
